This type of solution integrates seamlessly with AoIP environments such as Dante and other IP-based standards. As a result, telephony becomes part of a single integrated infrastructure, together with audio, routing, and processing.

Broadcast call-in systems
Broadcast call-in systems are developed for radio stations that actively utilize listener interaction. These systems offer extensive functionality for managing incoming calls and go beyond just audio transport.
Within these systems, calls can be screened before they go live, allowing producers to maintain control over the broadcast. Additionally, callers can be placed in queues and easily routed to the appropriate studio or presenter. Through integration with mixing consoles and playout systems, calls can seamlessly become part of the broadcast.
These solutions are essential in live radio productions where interaction with the audience forms an important part of the content and where control and reliability are crucial.
Multi-line systems
Multi-line systems are designed for productions where multiple phone calls take place simultaneously. In these environments, it is important that each line can be managed and mixed separately within the studio.
These systems make it possible to process multiple callers or guests simultaneously in a broadcast without compromising clarity or sound quality. They are widely used in talk shows, debate programs, and other live formats involving multiple external participants.
