The Genelec 8020D is a compact 2-way active monitor and the latest revision of this studio classic. With a higher maximum volume and lower power consumption than previous generations, the 8020D is designed to adapt to a variety of listening environments, especially where space is limited.

The monitor is renowned for its transparent and faithful sound reproduction. Its wide, colorless sweet spot allows for accurate and reliable mixing decisions. Integrated Intelligent Signal Sensing (ISS) technology automatically switches the monitor to a low-power standby mode when not in use.
