OnAirLight Kit Ethernet, 2 lights
Every studio has experienced this moment: the microphone is live, but who notices in time? OnAirLight is a professional on-air indicator that instantly shows when the microphone is live—for the host, the guests, and colleagues in the studio.
The indicators are easy to mount on your existing microphone arm and work right out of the box in virtually any configuration. No complicated installation required. Just unpack, attach, and plug in. OnAirLight is also exceptionally budget-friendly, making it the logical choice for any studio, from one-person productions to larger broadcast teams.
For the professional broadcast market, OnAirLight partners with Triple Audio. Specifically for this collaboration, we developed a network version of OnAirLight, optionally connected to the Ethernet via PoE, ensuring reliable and lightning-fast performance. In addition to the standard GPO contacts, MIDI, and RTP-MIDI, the Triple Audio version also supports the LiveWire+ and Ember+ protocols. This allows OnAirLight to integrate seamlessly into virtually any modern broadcast environment, regardless of which protocol or infrastructure your studio already uses.
Since its introduction in 2022, OnAirLight has been continuously evolving, with quality as the guiding principle at every step.
OnAirLight - Be in Control
Fully customizable to your workflow
• Freely configurable colors for each status - you decide which color corresponds to which status, rather than a fixed red/green scheme.
• Control via GPO - simple, direct hardware control via a contact closure, without the need for software.
• Control via MIDI - ideal for integration with playout software or MIDI equipment in the studio.
• Control via LiveWire+ - an audio-over-IP network protocol that transmits status signals over the existing network.
• Control via Ember+ - an open control protocol developed by Lawo for monitoring and controlling equipment within a single broadcast network.
• Telco function - a status signal received via GPO, MIDI, or a network protocol that assigns the lights a separate, freely configurable color, for example, to indicate that the phone is ringing or a call is in progress.
• Web interface - Configure settings and perform updates via the integrated web interface.
• Optional PoE - Standard network cabling, with the option to power the system via the network itself, without a separate adapter.
